Godel invita a Negi y al resto, prometiendo no poner ni un solo dedo sobre las chicas y borrando el precio sobre sus cabezas. Entonces, Rakan enseña a Negi el Zanmaken Ni no Tachi usando la espada de Setsuna (Este tio puede hacer de todo xD). Rakan explica que Godel era parte de un equipo de recopilación de información durante la guerra y que rogó a Eishun para que le enseñara el camino del Shinmei-ryu.
